Brooke and I met up with Walter and Matt at the Owens River Gorge on Saturday. We had been up in Mammoth skiing and figured the Gorge was a good place to meet them for some climbing. The weather turned out great, and there were very few people there, surprisingly. We got a lot of easy to moderate climbing in and had a great time. We started out at the Warm Up Wall since it was in the sun and climbed Welcome to the Gorge 9***, Clip Jr. 6****, High Seas 7****, Croud Pleaser 9****, and Babushka 8*****. After that we moved over to The Great Wall of China and climbed Fortune Cookie 9**, Enter the Dragon 8**, and China Doll 8****. Matt leading Croud Pleaser with Walter Belaying.
